Dark, milk or white chocolate: What is the best?

We all like to eat chocolate and think of it as a source of extraordinary happiness.

The beauty of the world lies in diversity and as far as chocolate, there are three diverse flavors, namely black chocolate, milk and white chocolate.
Not only their names are different but the ingredients used, taste and shades in taste are also different.
Dark chocolate mostly consist of cocoa products such as Cocoa Butter, Sugar and Solid.
Most of the dark ones contain little or without milk.
It feels leaning to the bitter side.
Conversely, milk chocolate contains liters of milk, milk fat, sugar and cocoa products, provides more than a cream and smooth texture.
Next, they are less bitter compared to the dark and more towards the sweeter side.
Finally, white chocolate is where cocoa solids don’t exist, but cocoa butter, sugar and milk are present and therefore white and sweet taste.
Talking from a nutrition perspective, dark brown is a healthy choice for milk and white chocolate especially when the cocoa content is above 60 percent because researchers find that dark chocolate becomes an antioxidant power plant such as polyphenols, flavanol and catechins helping in radical murders and preventing the state of oxidative stress .
Dark chocolate is also a decent source of essential minerals, such as iron, magnesium and zinc.
Research has linked the consumption of dark chocolate with cardiovascular benefits.
Flavanol in black chocolate stimulates the production of nitric oxide in the body which causes blood vessels to increase blood flow and reduce blood pressure.
Dark chocolate also contains certain compounds, such as polyphenols and theobromine, which helps reduce low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels which are bad cholesterol in the body and increase high density lipoprotein levels (HDL) cholesterol.
Black chocolate contains compounds with anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce inflammation in the body.
Eating black chocolate can improve brain function, expand protection in neurons and help prevent neurodegenerative conditions, such as Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease.
Regardless of the potential health benefits of black chocolate, make sure you don’t consume chocolate excessively.
High chocolate sugar and saturated fat content that can make you gain weight over time.
In addition, only eating black chocolate will not prevent or cure your heart disease.
Therefore, it is important to understand that the whole balanced diet and a good lifestyle along with adding a piece of chocolate in your diet is what you need to do to keep your heart healthy and happy.
