Day 2 First: Vax Bus, Jabs at Metro Station

Gurgaon: A total of 220 session sites were established on Thursday to provide 50,000 jabs in Gurgaon because the Haryana government seems to increase the speed of vaccination this month.
At the end of the day, 51,241 doses have been given.
The permanent vaccination camp was established from 9am to 5pm at the Huda downtown metro station, where anyone over 18 can get free jab.
No pre-registration is needed.
The special vaccine bus was also launched on that day and visited the slums in Tigra to investigate people.
This is set to become a permanent feature in urban slums.
Apart from heat and moisture, people began to queue from the start at the Metro station.
As many as 333 recipients vaccinated – 317 with the first dose and 16 with the second.
Many say the process is smooth and slim and such camps are requirements for hours.
“It is not easy for everyone to travel to the hospital or school of government.
A metro station is far more comfortable,” said Divya Sethi (54), a resident of Sector 45.
Mahesh Singh (32), a sector 30 resident, also described it as “initiative the good one “.
“We started the tent on a doctor’s day.
This is a permanent site where people can get Jab with the first basis, serviced first.
Depending on the supply, we will increase the slot,” said Chief Gurgaon Officer Virender Yadav.
“The room is adequate and fulfills all the parameters of the Covid Vaccination Center (CVC).
We have a team for the AEFI case on the site and ambulance being on standby.
CVC is related to the nearest government hospital,” he added.
DMRC Managing Director Mangu Singh said, “This is his first vaccination camp at the Metro station.
We will share this idea with other units and hope the initiative can be reflected in other parts of the country.” In Tigra Slum, the Ministry of Health made vaccination 186.
The initial target is 100.
All recipients are given the first dose of covishield.
Jhuggi Cluster in Tigra has 750 houses, with 3,000 people over 18.
Two ANMs and one observation staff present at the location.
The recipient was observed in their home for 30 minutes.
The AEFI room was made on the bus to handle any emergency.
