Kolkata: BJP made a major overhaul in his country’s organization a day after the party show reached a new low in the election of Kolkata.
While a rejig matured since Sukanta Majumdar replaced Dilip Ghosh as a new Bengal Bengal president, the party’s voice share plunged into a gloomy 9% of 20% in the seven-month assembly poll that might be a trigger.
At his organization meeting on Wednesday, BJP released the Secretary General of the State of Sayantan Banerjee and appointed Jagannath Chatterjee’s journalist and the Agnimitra Paul fashion designer as General Secretary, along with Jyotirmoy Singh Mahanato and Chatterjee.
Priyanka Tiberwal’s lawyer, who struggled in the case of violence after the poll in the Calcutta High Court, was also appointed to the New State Committee.
Bishnupur MP Saumitra Khan has been removed from the position of President of BJP Yuva Morcha such as Asansol South Mla Agnimitra from the position of President of BJP Mahila Morcha.
BJP candidates from the Kasba assembly chair, Indranil Khan will now lead Yuva Morcha while the old party of the Chakrabarty Tanuja Guard will lead Mahila Morcha.
Former Journalist Charles Nandi has been appointed as Minority President of Morcha BJP.
Many Vice President of BJP Country, including Pratap Banerjee, Biswapriya Roy Chowdhury, Joyprakash Majumdar and Ritesh Tiwari, did not find in the list.

Mohit Roy and Rudraneeel GH-OS politicians, who took Mamata Banerjee in Bhowanipore, was also a party spokesperson.

According to people in BJP, several leaders on the Dilip Ghosh team – Raju Banerjee (Vice President of State), Tushar Kanti Ghosh (in-Charge Media Department) and Saptarshi Choudhary (Media Co-In-Charge) – Continued in a new dispensation while several nearby Suvendu Adhikari, namely Jagannath Chatterjee and Ashok Dinda, succeeded with the new committee.
Bengal President BJP Majumdar went to Delhi later on the organization’s meeting organized by the BJP National President J P Nadda on Thursday.
