Gurgaon: The household Junaid, a Nuh resident whose departure earlier this month resulted in a murder case being registered from seven Faridabad cops, published two sound records on Monday, they declared were of discussions with police to get the release of these, such as Junaid, picked up at a cybercrime instance.
The FIR was registered at Bichhor police station in Nuh from the cops later Junaid expired on July 11.
Junaid’s mum Khatija had previously alleged that her son was kept in police custody immediately on May 31 — he and five other people had been picked up from the cops if they were coming from a marriage at Rajasthan — and crushed up.
The household claims Junaid expired due to the torture inflicted on him.
Faridabad authorities had in an announcement Sunday called the allegations”concocted” and also accused the household of lies.
The police announcement said Junaid needed a kidney disease which he was released after he had been discovered not to be involved in case they were still probing.
From the sound clips published, there’s reference of Shahid, a comparative of Junaid was one of those picked up from the cops.
Voices supposedly belonging to the manhood of Junaid’s household are discovered begging for the release of six and expressing willingness to do anything required for this.
Another voices, they maintained, were of cops who requested them how they’d a lot of land without supply of revenue.
The veracity of those clips couldn’t be determined.
Aasif Ali, who had been detained together with Junaid, said authorities forbidding them from Sunehra boundary on May 31 and chose them to a local police chowki after which to cyber police station in Faridabad.
Aasif maintained they were defeated by the cops.
“Shahid was appointed in certain situation, however, no case has been filed contrary to the rest of us,” explained Aasif.
Another three were first Parvez, Wasim and Nadeem.
A Faridabad police officer stated it was unlucky that a group of cyber offenders had managed to register an FIR against policemen to do their job.
The officer said police will continue to behave against cyber frauds and will establish their case at a court of lawenforcement.
Faridabad police commissioner O P Singh told TOI,”This waythat anybody will place some allegation on authorities.
We won’t entertain these baseless allegations,” Singh explained.
DSP Punhana Shamsher Singh stated two FIRs were enrolled — just one against the Faridabad cops and a second against about 200 villagers for placing authorities vehicles on fire and attacking government officials continue Saturday.
“We’ve arrested eight individuals for attacking police officers and placing authorities vehicles on fire.
We’re attempting to monitor other detained in the situation,” said Singh.
