DC directs officials to take steps to carry out the SSLC Karnataka Exam

Udupi: Deputy Udupi Commissioner G Jagadeesha has requested officials to take the steps needed for the smooth behavior of the SSLC examination scheduled for July 19 and 22.
He also urged officials to follow the safety steps of Covid-19.
Speaking at the SSLC examination review meeting on Wednesday, he said a total of 14,384 students would appear for the SSLC exam, where 7,597 were boys.
The exam will be carried out at 88 centers, and a total of 2,266 staff have been appointed for the same thing.
All staff in the exam assignment have been vaccinated.
All exam centers will have a thermal scanner.
Separate spaces must be arranged for students with symptoms, and each center must have two additional rooms for the student.
Settings have been made for students with Covid-19 to take the exam at the Covid Care Center.
The principal has been directed to record vehicles that will be visited by students to the exam center, and if the vehicle needed must be arranged for students.
Criminal cases will be ordered to those who spread rumors about the SSLC exam, DC said.

In Mangaluru, Dakshina Kannada Zilla Panchayat CEO Kumar also met with officials and directed them to take the steps needed for the smooth behavior of the exam.
3.9% of front levels
Dakshina Kannada District records the level of progress of 3.9%, with 304 cases reported on Wednesday.
The total active case is 2,790.
There were no fresh detention zones stated, but 14 deaths were reported in this district.
Of the total death, nine are men.
Meanwhile, the Udupi district recorded 100 Covid-19 cases.
This district has 903 active cases.
