Gurgaon: Deputy Commissioner Gurgaon Yash Garg has directed city center officials and Planning State (DTCP) to visit two housing projects developed by Vatika, G21 in Sector 83 and Colony licensed, the next Indian Vatika, in sectors 82 to 85, and send reports Within 15 days on the problem filed by the population there.
Last week, Garg, along with senior city planners Sanjeev Mann and district city planners from the planning and enforcement wing, Sanjay Kumar and Batth Hospital, have held a meeting with residents and representatives of Vatika in steps to overcome many problems, including lack of work certificates, space Society and safety and security steps, and high care costs, among others.
Spread in 20 hectares and with 14 towers, the G21 project was launched in 2008, and developers began giving flats to home buyers in phases from 2012.
According to a population complaint, almost 120 Allottes of Towers A and C4 had been submitted in 2016.
But, even after five years, the developer does not have a job certificate (OC) for these two towers.
In the meeting, representatives of Vatika had told that OC had been delayed because of the objections raised by Power Discom, Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN).
Representatives have claimed that developers have installed electrical infrastructure according to plans and rules approved at that time.
But the same decision has been delayed by DHBVN.
Representatives have added that some registrants in the Vatika colony have been delayed due to problems with the exchange proposal, purchasing road revenue and the creation of property IDs.
In this case, Garg has directed the developer to submit the details of the delayed registration in three categories depending on the problems associated with Revenue Road, DHBVN and property ID to the senior city planner office within 15 days.
Residents also accused that a site for nursery schools has been converted into agricultural areas, which lead to mosquito breeding.
They demanded a stop for such activities, said the site might act as a playground for children to school construction.
Regarding the next Vatika Township, Garg, at the meeting, has directed the BATTH to visit the area and reached an agreement with the developer and the Association of Citizen Welfare (RWA) for the temporary arrangement of the community.
“DTP (e) must visit the site in 15 days and send a report,” Garg information.
Meanwhile, the CCTV camera installed in the colony is not enough for complex safety and security, residents have claimed.
Representatives have responded, said that the developer had installed 27 cameras in the colony.
However, he agreed to get an additional camera for the main entries / exit through consultation with residents.
“The complainant (occupant) also agreed to provide costs to install cameras from the end as a security fee.
So, developers are being held to resolve the problem in the next 30 days,” said an DTCP official.
The problem of high care costs also appeared, with Garg directing the same rework based on discussions with RWA and looking for detailed reports about this.
He has also directed DTCP officials to work on the possibility of further to submit the maintenance of the colony to RWA.
