Gurgaon: The City and State Meeting Department (DTCP) has claimed that the RS 35 Lakh was spent on driving demolition of illegal colonies in Gurgaon in the past year.

“In the past year, the DTCP enforcement wings carried out around 200 drives and destroyed more than 125 illegal colonies.
The department spent around RS 35 Lakh on this demolition drive, which included employing Earthmovers and other resources,” Batth said.
“The amount must be restored from around 450 people, which is the owner of the land or the builder of this illegal colony.” In this case, Garg directed the authorities to mark the builder that rose red in the income record.
And in case they fail to clean up the delayed contributions in the specified period, demolition contributions must be added as arrears in their land income record, he said.
“Carving illegal colonies must be stopped at the initial stage only and strict actions must be taken against violators.” During the meeting, the construction of several illegal buildings in the area of ​​Kunjung Saraswati was discussed in detail and the district-city planner and the police were directed to examine the activity and took action against builders, including pine registration for violators.
Batth, who is also a secretary of the district assignment member, said the plot owner on DLF 3 which has built additional floors will soon be presented notifications and actions will be taken against them.
