DDMA received a call back on Friday

New Delhi: Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) is scheduled to meet on Friday afternoon to review the Covid-19 Capital situation and discuss the suggestions provided by the Delhi government which forms the Expert Committee to reopen the school.
DDMA is likely to take the final decision about the reopening of the school.
The panel has suggested to reopen the school in Delhi for all classes gradually from next month after a significant increase in the Covid-19 situation.
In the first phase, a higher class must be reopened with a capacity of 50%, followed by the middle class, and finally the primary class, the committee, was formed to submit a report to Delhi Disaster Management Authority about Opening Opening Schools, Recommend.
The committee was formed earlier this month with officials from the Ministry of Education and Health among members.
A source said that the DDMA meeting was scheduled to be 14:00 on Friday.
The DDMA meeting will be chaired by Lieutenant Governor of Baijal and will be attended by the Chief Minister of Arvind Kelamwal, Deputy CM Manish Sisodia, Minister of Health Satayendra Jain, Chief Secretary of Vijay Dev, Dr.
VK Paul from Niti Aayog and AIims Randeep Guleria other than others.
Expert committee suggestions have been submitted to DDMA.
DDMA may or may not accept advice from the Expert Committee.
The committee has suggested a strict Covid protocol such as masks, social distance, hand laundering, etc.
For children so that they remain safe from Covid and schools must follow standard operating procedures, said source.
The Delhi government recently announced the reopening of schools and class X and XII students to visit schools for jobs related to receipt, practical activities and counseling sessions.
Previously the Delhi government was looking for feedback from students, teachers, parents and other stakeholders about the reopening of schools and educational institutions.
The move raises a response that encourages people.
The government has received more than 35,000 suggestions from people who care about the reopening of the school, deputy head of Minister Manish Sisodia has recently been informed.
About 68% want schools to reopen and 83% want universities to reopen.
Feedback from parents and other stakeholders is being analyzed and in addition to the recommendations of the expert committee, feedback will also be considered before arriving at the final decision about the reopening of the school.
