Kolkata: almost two months after the dead fish was found floating in Rabindra Sarobar – an artificial lake surrounded by parks in the southern part of the city – the authority of the Metropolitan Development Kolkata (KMDA), the custodia, said it was pondering the option to instill liquid oxygen in the water.
