The court also supports this meeting proposal and then ordered that the child prisoner can be maintained by father’s grandparents for the next few days.
To end the dispute, HC also asked the Dahod family to unblock the child’s father’s grandparents.
It also asked the Secretary of the Legal Services Authority Dahod to facilitate the right communication between the two families, overseeing family visits and reporting to court.
Further hearing has been posted on August 26, said Advocate K I Kazi who represents the mother’s grandparents of the child.
