They approached the High Court by submitting a Corpus Habeas petition and claiming child prisoners.
They complained that the mother’s grandparents of the child even blocked their telephone numbers.
The High Court spoke with both families through video conferencing and made children have a conversation with his father’s grandparents and uncles.

The court also supports this meeting proposal and then ordered that the child prisoner can be maintained by father’s grandparents for the next few days.
To end the dispute, HC also asked the Dahod family to unblock the child’s father’s grandparents.
It also asked the Secretary of the Legal Services Authority Dahod to facilitate the right communication between the two families, overseeing family visits and reporting to court.
