Jhansi: In a big goof-up, an old woman who died a week after the first covid vaccination dose had sent the administrative message to the success of the second dose vaccine seen by her son.
The investigation has been ordered by district immunization officers on Monday after the problem was revealed.
In accordance with the details, the recipient, a 67-year-old woman, has received its first dose in April 2021 and almost after a week she died.
His son was surprised when on December 9 he received a message on his cellphone, where his mother was registered for Vaccination Covid, to receive the second dose of the covid vaccine successfully.
The incident has been reported from the Urban PHON in which the victim, a resident of Isaitola Colony, received his first vaccine dose.
Talking to Toi, Dio Ravi Shankar said that he had issued a show that caused a notification to the head of the PHC, Dr.
Trapti ParaAshar and Anm Gyan Devi who served at the time.
“This is a serious problem and we try to find out if it’s a clerical error or intentionally done.
After we get a reply, we will take further action”.
