Trichy: The National President of BJP J P Nadda on Thursday is the four member committee of members to investigate Suicide M Lavanya, 17 of the Tharvur and submit a report to him.
Lavanya, a class XII student in a holy school in Michaelpatti near Thirukkattupalli, died on January 19 while undergoing treatment at Medical College Hospital Thanjavur after he consumed insecticides on January 9 because of mental suffering with the hostel warden, Sagayamari, who allegedly forced him to clean room.
Arun Singh National BJP Secretary General issued a circular stating that the party revealed deep concerns and sadness in the girl’s suicide “because of harassment and coercion to be converted by school management in Tharship, Tamil Nadu.” The committee consists of four women – MP Sandhya Ray from Madhya Pradesh, Vijayashanti from Andhra Pradesh, Chita Tai Wagh from Maharashtra and Geetha Vivekanda from Karnataka.
The committee has been asked to visit the place and submit a report to Nadda earlier.
BJP State President K Annamalai tweeted a letter that expressed his gratitude to Nadda because he was a team of four members to give #justiceForlavanya.
Annamalai also stated that “BJP will stand with an innocent soul despite the fact that the powerful DMK government is trying everything that is possible to apply the probe.” This problem has seen several bends with BJP and Hindu clothes connects it with religious conversion by releasing Lavanya videos mentioning the nun efforts to turn it into Christianity from Hinduism two years ago.
