Speaking to TOI, TMC commissioner Vipin Sharma said, “The decision on finalising the level for TMC and other civic bodies falling under the Thane district will be decided after the District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) meeting to be chaired by the collector on Sunday.
It will be attended by police commissioners as well as other municipal commissioners and the DDMA will decide the levels for each civic body.
After the DDMA order is received.
The concerned incident commanders or the civic chiefs will issue orders based on the level of DDMA orders.”
