New Delhi: The central government on Monday issued a notification of sheets in relation to extending the term of office of the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of the House, Director of the Intelligence Bureau (IB), Secretary of Wing Research and Analysis (RAW) for a period of two years.
Notifications that the central government can, “if deemed necessary in the public interest, provide an extension of the service to the Secretary of the Defense, the Secretary of the House, Director of the Intelligence Bureau, Vegetable Secretary of Research and Analysis of the Investigation Center (CBI) which was appointed under the Act of Police Establishment Especially Delhi, 1946 (25 of 1946) and Director of Enforcement at the Enforcement Directorate (ED) appointed under the Central Citizens Citizens’ Commission Law, 2003 (45 of 2003) in the Central Government for such periods or periods may be considered feasible based on cases for cases for reasons to be recorded in writing, subject to the condition that the total term secretary or director, just as it is, which is given like that, which is given an extension in the service below this rule, does not exceed two years or the period provided in the actions or rules are made below it, where the promise of their meeting is all T.

On Sunday, President of RAM Nath Kovind has announced two procedures that allow the center to extend the term of office of the Director of the Bureau Central investigation and enforcement directorate from two years to five years to five years to five years.
