Although land has been obtained, ownership rights are not transferred to the state government, he said.
In seven districts, land acquisition cannot be done.

The project revision fee has increased to RS 2,244 Crore.
Furthermore, the company assigned the task of implementing the project given an advance RS 92 Crore, but the utilization certificate was not submitted.

The company prepares the DPR, but does not contain road alignment.
