New Delhi: Two Zambia men were arrested by customs officials at Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) here because they were allegedly trying to smuggle to the state heroin worth Rs 7.36 Crore, according to an official statement issued on Wednesday.
The defendant was intercepted after their arrival from Johannesburg through Addis Ababa on June 27.
