Delhi: 27 Covid deaths in August, only 1 in the last 10 days

New Delhi: National Capital records zero Covid-19 death for the fourth day in a row on Sunday, regardless of 31 new cases with a 0.04% case participation level.
August has recorded zero deaths in 16 days and 27 deaths, which is the lowest for one month since March 2020.
Delhi reported the death of Zero Covid-19 on March 2 this year before the second wave of pandemic struck.
Next time zero death was reported on July 18, followed by 24 and 29 July.
This month, zero death was seen on August 2, 4 and 8.
There were no deaths for three consecutive days on August 11, 12 and August 13, and once again on August 16.
From August 20 to 29, the city recorded zero death every day except August 25, when one death was seen.
The toll of death stands at 25,080 since then.
31 The case of fresh covid recorded on Sunday comes from 71,634 tests, including 52,636 RT-PCR and 18,998 fraud antigens.
With 32 patients recovering from Covid-19 in the last 24 hours, the number of active cases reached 392.
The number of patients who recovered in house isolation was 101 and received at the hospital was 259.
Of the total 12015 hospital beds provided for covid patients -19, 11,756 empty.
Of the 3.560 Covid Icu Beds, 3,464 empty at 10pm on Sunday, according to Delhi’s Corona Online Dashbor.
These include 1,321 blank ICU beds with a ventilator of a total of 1,384.
August saw 27 people surrendered to the disease until Sunday, which was less than one death per day on average (0.9) and the lowest since March 2020 when Delhi recorded his first Covid-19 death.
The months that recorded a relatively lower number of daily deaths were April by 2020 (1.9) and February (2), March (3.7) and July (2.4) this year.
While March recorded 117 deaths with an average of 3.7 deaths every day, April sees 5,120 deaths with around 171 deaths every day.
Can record 8,090 deaths with a daily average of 262 fatality, the highest for one month to date.
June, however, saw the number of deaths fell far to 740, with a daily average of 24.7.
The numbers were drastically dipped in July, with the moon recorded 76 deaths with an average of 2.4.
The number has more than twice this month to date.
