JALANDHAR: Delhi established entrepreneur and philanthropist Vikramjit Singh Sahney, who’s chairman of both Sun Foundation and worldwide president of World Punjabi Organization, is devoting 1,000 oxygen pollutants to rural regions in Punjab. These items will be airlifted out of China on SOS foundation. “We’ve placed the order and maybe even payment was made and we anticipate the cylinders to achieve Punjab by following Friday. We will hand over to Punjab authorities for using those in rural areas because there is dearth of tanks there,” explained Sahney while talking to TOI about Sunday. He explained details have been worked out using Punjab authorities. Sahney has donated 300 oxygen concentrators at Punjab at different areas through Red Cross, Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee, Gurdwaras, deputy Comissioners of Amritsar, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Hoshairpur, Patiala and Bathinda. Concentrator banks are started by district administrations in these areas to offer the electrons into the sufferers on the grounds of prescription of physicians. Sahney revealed he was also setting an oxygen in Fatehgarh Sahib for authorities hospital for free to appeal to 200 patients. “After substantial increase in circumstances of Covid-19 in cities of Punjab we had been worried about our people from the cities. Earlier we supplied oxygen concentrators that would mostly be accessible in urban locations and high state government officials are worried about the growth in rural locations. Though the liquid chemical oxygen is currently available with all the country and more electrons are needed at distant centers also, we chose to import the electrons,” Sahney stated.
