Delhi Cop kills brother-in-law for disputes

New Delhi: Delhi Police Police on Sunday shot dead 36 brother-in-law with the service gun for financial disputes in the Safdarjung bag area here, officials said on Sundays.
Vikram Singh on Sunday killed Virender Nandal, a resident of Rohtak in Haryana and a sub-inspector at the Haryana Police, they said.
Singh posted as a police officer with a larger Kailash police station in the national capital, the official said.
Information about the incident in Krishna Nagar in Safdarjung’s bag was received at around 8 am on Sunday.
When the police reached the place, they found the dead by nandal with a bullet injury in his head, the Deputy Commissioner of Police (southwest) Gaurav Sharma said.
Nandal is a judo player and sub-inspector at the police Haryana.
He lived in Singh’s house for five to six days, police said.
Singh has taken money from nandal and asks for time to restore it.
However, nandal pressed it to return the money, they said.
On Sunday morning, they have altercation and singh harassed nandal.
Then, Singh shot dead nandal with his service gun, police said.
After killing Nandal, Singh told his wife, who was sleeping in another room, and he told the police about the incident, they said.
Singh was arrested from that place and the weapon recovered, police said.
Cases have been registered in the relevant section.
Post-Mortem from the deceased will be carried out at Safdarjung Hospital, they said.
