New Delhi: Realty Major Dlf Ltd said Tuesday that it has sold property worth 1,500 crore at a newly launched housing project in Moti Nagar in the national capital, reflecting strong demand for luxury apartments.
On Friday, DLF launched a ‘One Midtown’ luxury housing project consisting of 913 units, in Shivaji Marg in Moti Nagar, with the initial price of Rs 3 Crore.
DLF developed this project in partnership with the Singapore Sovereign Wealth Fund GIC.
In a statement, DLF Ltd said the company has a “sales clock worth around Rs 1,500 Crore for towers in the first phase of the newly launched luxury housing project, one middle city”.
The company does not mention how many units have been sold.
The project has four towers of 39 floors each and consists of 913 two, three or four bedroom apartments.
The company will sell 913 this unit in phase.
Commenting on sales bookings, Aakash Ohri, Executive Director of the Group and Chief Business Officer, DLF Home Developers Ltd, said, “Given the challenging times the whole world is through, we really appreciate and grateful about the fact that this launch triggers like that satisfying response From home buyers.

DLF does not mention the cost of the ‘One Midtown’ project.
DLF has completed three housing complex titled Capital Greens I, II and III in Moti Nagar.
More than 2,700 homes have been sent in these three complexes.
The only Midtown is the fourth project in all development at this location, named DLF Midtwon.
The company has a bank land to develop more projects in Moti Nagar.
DLF has developed 153 real estate projects and builds an area of ​​around 330 million square feet.
It has 215 million square feet of potential development in all housing and commercial segments.
This group has an annuity portfolio of more than 35 million square feet.
DLF is mainly involved in the business development and sales of residential property and the development and rental of commercial and retail properties.
