New Delhi: A 40-year-old man and his son was found to live in a car parked near the Pakistani High Commission in the High Security Zone of Delhi Lutyens.
The police said that both of them appeared to be mentally ill and did not give the right answer to the police.
According to the police, the duo has lived in the rented Innova car for the past seven days.
Dad claimed that he was a scientist.
They arrange food from nearby shops.
Both of them came from Tamil Nadu and told the police that they had traveled to the US recently and claimed someone had put a microchip into their bodies.
Both claim they came to Delhi to apply for American relations with India.
Both also wear helmets while sitting in their car, claiming that vibration passes through their bodies if they take off the helmet.
Their anteseden is being verified.
A senior officer said that both will be examined medically for mental health problems.
“They have parked their cars inside the parking lot close to the Pakistani embassy.
