NEW DELHI: A fire broke out in a shoe production mill in Southern Delhi’s Madipur place, fire officials said Thursday.

Following the fire department received a phone around 12.42’m concerning the blaze, 24 fire tenders were pressed into service,” said Atul Garg, manager, Delhi Fire Service.
The fire started in the floor and spread into the floor of this four-storey construction which comprises home and business area, ” he explained.
The bottom floor is really a shoe production factory while the second and first floors serve as a godown.
The next floor features a residential area along with the upper floor is a shed hallway, Garg stated.
