Delhi: Foreign students get more time to return to campus

New Delhi: With the institute in the city gradually moving towards the return of offline classes, Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD) and Delhi University (DU) have calmed the rules for foreign students to arrive on campus.

Jawaharlal Nehru (JNU) official said the deans of each of the centers related to students and decisions will be taken soon.
“If there is a delay in reporting to campus, students can always contact each dean and we will see that they do not face any problems,” said a senior official.
The university remembers a sudden shift from online to offline mode, officially added.
“For the first years, the class continues to be in online mode.
Even for the rest, there is no pressure and we become liberal.” JNU has authorized the Deans to make calls about their centers and they will meet soon.
“Depending on their feedback, we will decide on future actions,” the official said.
