NEW DELHI: Delhi authorities declared the house delivery of spirits in the federal capital through cellular programs and internet portal, advised a telling published on Tuesday.
As stated by the Delhi Excise (Amendment) Rules, 2021, the permit holders from the Form L-13 class is going to be permitted to facilitate house delivery of spirits.
“Even the licensee (Type L-13) will make delivery of spirits in the homes only as long as the order is obtained through a cell program or internet net portal site and no delivery will be made to some hostel, institution and office,” browse the telling of the Delhi authorities.
According to the telling, not each liquor store across the federal capital is going to be permitted to deliver spirits in the doorsteps of consumers.
Just such dealers that take the L-13 permit will soon be authorised to offer the service.
Further, cellular programs and internet portals are designed for this use.
