NEW DELHI: Outcomes for classes 9 and 11 at Delhi government colleges have been declared on Tuesday, almost two weeks after the examinations were cancelled in light of the competitive second tide of Covid-19.
As stated by the Directorate of Education (DoE), 2.58 lakh pupils were registered in course 9 in 2020-21out of that 2.45 lakh seemed for computer-based exams.

Project-based evaluation formed the test standards of course 11 assessments, indistinguishable to course 9 evaluation standards,” the official added.
The official stated assessments of Social Studies, Sanskrit and also Third Language for course 9 and Geography and Business Research for course 11 couldn’t be conducted for the calendar year 2020-21.
Moreover, the typical marks of both subjects from the major five topics are given from the areas in which the examinations couldn’t be conducted or the pupil was absent for some reason.
“A total of 12,500 students in grade 9 and 3,500 pupils in grade 11 didn’t look for mid-term exams annually.

Guidelines regarding reassessment is going to be published shortly by the DoE,” the official stated.
The outcomes to students are delivered through WhatsApp and SMS.
“representing new guidelines were printed by DoE remembering the safety and security of pupils, schools have delivered the results of pupils via SMS and also WhatsApp rather than phoning them to college,” the officer stated.
