This service is available in Hindi and English.
This will help Delhi people get all information from one window.
“As part of our tireless efforts to combat the pandemic and to strengthen our readiness in the face of anticipated third wave, we have built a technological solution a WhatsApp Chatbot.
We have added some new features to this chatbot so that citizens can easily access information And credible resources.
This facility will also help them find their closest vaccination center, “Jain.
Chatbot was built on an integrated solution from the WhatsApp Business API.
Chatbot is integrated with the Cowin Portal and the Delhi government covid war room.
The Director of Public Policy WhatsApp Shivnath Thukral said that the Delhi government’s custom technology from Chatbot will now complement and accelerate the government’s pandemic assistance and equip the Delhi community with credible information and resources associated with Covid-19.
