New Delhi: The Delhi Government will celebrate Master’s Day on Sunday as ‘Abhar Diwas’ and the 122 teacher Award who issued their duties with diligently during Covid’s pandemic, said Deputy Sisodia Manish on Saturday.
In addition, the new ‘DOE’ (Directorate of Education) award will be given to two teachers – Raj Kumar and Suman Arora.

He said that of the 1,108 applications received for the Delhi government teacher award, 122 was completed by the panel.

The feasibility criteria have relaxed to bring guest teachers and private tutors considered for the award.
Norm 15 years of teaching experience to consider for awards relaxed up to three years, he added.
The recipient will be presented with an award at the ceremony on Master’s Day on Sunday.
