“While the level of participants has risen to 30%, it has now dropped to around 22.5%.
The number of cases also dropped,” Jain said early on Wednesday.
“However, the level of progress is not so low so we can open everything.
We have to wait for time,” he added.

On Tuesday, it fell to 22.47%, but increased to 23.86% on Wednesday.

“This is a clear sign that the level of prospective will go down.
There is a downward trend,” he said, adding that the limit could be reviewed only after a strong dip.
On whether Delhi plans to reopen schools like Mumbai, who also witnessed swimming in cases, Jain insisted that first must be ascertained that the sauce was there to stay.
“It should be at least half of it (30%),” he said.
“We hope it goes down as soon as it jumps.
Let’s wait for three per four days and see how quickly it subsides.” The minister said the next meeting of Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) would be announced immediately after the decision was taken.
A Delhi government official said, “it will still take the time to the level of the position to fall to 10-15%.
