Delhi Govt’s health scheme to cover the mucor case to RS 5L

New Delhi: Health Minister Satyendar Jain on Wednesday said the city government had extended the operating scheme without cash from Delhi Arogya Kosh for the treatment of patients suffering from mucatorcosis.
The government on March 27 has stated the epidemic mukormycosis.
“Delhi residents who underwent treatment for Musormycosis at the Delhi Government Hospital could be referred to a private hospital that was held under the Teruna scheme for treatment,” Jain Tweeted.

In the past two years, Delhi has recorded more than 1,600 cases of mukorkosis.
Of these, 952 was active on July 6, according to official data.
