“This guest house cannot be sealed forever, the law does not allow this.
I have directed officials to find a plan to start issuing a license after following the document.
This must be done earlier,” said Chairman of the Permanent Committee for SDMC BK Oberoi.
SDMC recently sealed a restaurant, which ran without the right license.
The restaurants were allegedly rejected by the entrance of a woman before, objected to her traditional clothes from Saree.
After that, many other restaurants were sealed by corporations that ran with a license.
A discussion on the committee was still held where the BJP board raised this problem.
According to Oberoi, this guesthouse owner will send draft requests and written statements for the corporation, after the officials must start the de-sealing process.
