New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Thursday issued a notification to the central government in the petition submitted by Indian foreign nationals (OCI) challenging provisions in notifications related to the feasibility criteria for NEET-SS 2021.
The Chair of the Division of the Chief Judge DN Patel and Justice Jyoti asked the central government and the National Examination Board (NBE) in medical science to submit a reply to the petition.

According to the petition, the Petitioner, Dr.
