New Delhi: Noting some of the findings of the Indian Competition Commission (CCI) against Amazon, the Delhi High Court on Wednesday stay Amazon Arbitration in the future before Singapore court.
The Chairman of the Judge DN Patel and Justice Jyoti Singh quoted certain paragraphs in the CCI sequence on the “Suppression of Material Facts” by Amazon to underline that there was a case of prime facies that support the future of retail (FCL) and FUCPON in the future (FCPL) and if they live Not yet given, it will cause losses that cannot be improved for them.
HC said the comfort balance also supports the applicants and further remains orders passed by a single judge.
Arbitration is underway before the Arbitration of the Arbitration of three members on the agreement of the 24,500 crore group of the future group with reliance.

Amazon argued that FRL violated their contracts by entering the agreement for sale of assets to rely on retail with the basis of slumping sales for Rs 24,500 Crore.
