NEW DELHI: Terming it a”abuse of process of law”, the Delhi high court on Friday said celebrity Juhi Chawla registered her request”marketing”, slapping a price of Rs 20 lakh when dismissing her lawsuit against roll from 5G community in India.
Justice J R Midha slammed Chawla and her co-plaintiffs for submitting a”faulty” plea and also for wasting the court’s time also stated that the price is going to be utilized to help road crash victims.
The HC also took a dim view of Chawla’s behavior to obtain publicity at which she published the link for internet hearing court proceeding on her social networking profiles, stating it led to repeated interruptions by unidentified individuals.
But on Wednesday, during the initial hearing that an anonymous intruder had bothered court proceeding by singing a few of the tunes of the celebrity thrice after a time period.
After the courtroom staff eliminated the individual he maintained linking under various ID to disrupt until the time the proceeding had been secured.
The court issued contempt strikes from the unidentified person/persons and requested the Delhi Police to spot them.
It hastens Chawla’s lawsuit on alleged health risks as a result of 5G technologies to be”filled with unnecessary, disgusting and frivolous averments”.
