New Delhi: Sabrina Lall, who has struggled in a long battle to bring the killers of his sister Jessica directly ordered, died of a prolonged illness on Sunday night.
Sabrina, in the early fifties, suffered from liver cirrhosis, her brother said.
“He did not take care of and out and left the hospital.
Yesterday, his condition deteriorated at home and we took him to the hospital.
Today, at night, he died,” his brother Ranjith Lall told PTI by telephone.
Last year, in an interview to PTI, Sabrina had talked about his plan to start the foundation to commemorate his sister to help women in the same situation to get justice.
Jessica Lall was killed in 1999 in an upscale restaurant in the national capital.
Calling Jessica’s closest friend, Sabrina said she missed her sister’s presence in her life every day.
“He is jovial and positive in life.
This is not just a birthday and the warning of death that I miss him, it’s every day.
I have a lot of pictures of his house in my house and I don’t need them to miss him, but they are there to remind me of him, “Sabrina told PTI.
