New Delhi: 17-year-old teenager was arrested for allegedly stabbing his two friends after they refused to give him Rs 50 to buy alcohol, police said on Friday.
Both victims – Sandeep (19) and OM (17) – Bindapur’s second residents, Delhi was stabbed by their teenage friends along with two other people, who were still running away, they said.
Police said Sandeep experienced seven piercing injuries, mostly in his hands and hips, and were hospitalized but stabilized.
His friend, was sent home from the hospital, said the police.
According to the police, the incident took place on July 24 when Sandeep and Om went scooter and met their teenage friends in Bindapur.
Teenagers asked them to give Rs 50 to buy alcohol but when Sandeep refused to give him money, he along with his two feet began to beat them, police said.
The teenager then took a knife, stabbed Sandeep and Om and escaped from the place along with his colleagues, the police said.
“Defended is desirable in five other cases, including theft and grabbing.
He was arrested on Wednesday and sent to the observation house.” Efforts are being made to capture two other legs, “said Santosh Kumar Meena, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Dwarka).
