New Delhi: A 44-year-old man was shot dead in an advocate room in the Dwarka court complex on Monday night.
The deceased, Swikar Luthra, had been arrested for running a fake coin racket in 2016.
He came to meet his lawyer around 9pm along with a friend and two other people knew them.
Some of them have criminal antecedents.
The fifth of which allegedly consumed liquor when Lutra was shot dead.
