Noida: The son of a 62-year-old Delhi population, who has accused him of being the target of communal harassment during the booty incident in Noida last week, has approached the Suhas Ly District Judge, looking for his intervention to curb “Crime Hate”.
Kazim Ahmed was on his way to Aligarh and entered the car that believed it was a private shuttle, but was robbed by residents.
Ahmed accused them of pulling his beard and took off the pajamas during the attack.
But the police have described allegations of communal persecution as “reflection”.
“This is a criminal incident, which is given communal colors.
There are many things that seem to appear as a result of reflection,” additional CP (law and orders) Cinta Kumar has told TI earlier this week.
Ahmed’s nephew, Aamir Khan said they had sent complaints to the Sector 39 police station in Noida and also to the police commissioner.
Police Noida said they had a general diary entry from the incident and no FIR asked.
There are no cases submitted under the Loot section (IPC, 392) or cause pain (IPC, 323) both for robbery.
In complaints to DM, Ahmed’s son Arham Mustafa stated that his father was brutally beaten and misused his beard, clothing and religious identity.
“However, the police behave very insensitive because they did nothing, forget about acting in his complaint and took him to the hospital for medical care.
They just left him by asking his name, address and father’s name.
My father is 62 and he hasn’t heard With true, not even given basic care about humanitarian land.
Somehow, he got home and we treated it.
We ourselves took him to a local hospital for MLC on July 5 (sic), “read complaints.” My father was traumatized and he didn’t Can go to the police station for FIR.
Somewhere, his belief was shaken because of the police’s insensitive attitude when reaching them right after the incident even though there were wounds, “Mustafa said.
This complaint also looked for actions against the police deployed near the robbery place for negligence and did not follow the following procedural protocol.
The police said they had received a written statement from the police station Jamia Nagar in Delhi where Ahmed had not called him robbed of Rs 1,200 after he boarded a car near Sunday Morning on Sunday morning.
Additional DCP (Noida) Ranvijay Singh said the complainant had given a conflicting statement.
“We have received a formal police record from the Jamia Nagar police station, which recorded his statement.
In that statement, it was not mentioned by the money or items and only talked about how he rode vehicles and attacked.
We have made a public diary entry and doing The investigation because the complainant gave a conflicting statement to the media and the police.
We condemn because they try to give a different color to this problem.
“Singh said.
DM told Tii, he would continue the complaint to the police when he accepted it.
