New Delhi: A 10-year-old Diesel Problem Problems and 15-year-old gasoline vehicles in Delhi and National Capital Region (NCR) appeared at Lok Sabha on Friday when Bhartruhari Mahtab BJD tried hard that the government brought a bill to cancel the order of a green court or approach the Supreme Court to review the ban.
Speaking during a discussion at home about climate change, Mahtab said that not all vehicles emit pollution.
“This is an order of blanket prohibitions.
There is no limit on how many kilometers of vehicles that must be carried out, whether they are polluted or not,” he said referring to the ban on the green court in a 10-year-old vehicle.
“My request to the government is that it must bring up new laws or go to the Supreme Court to reconsider this command,” said MP Cuttack, touching a problem that is currently delayed in the APEX court.
Both the government Delhi and the previous center said that they were considering approaching SC looking for a review of the court presentation now that the road transportation ministry has issued a revised guideline on the elimination of old vehicles.
