Delhi: Panel suggests economic sidewalks if the level of participants> 5%

New Delhi: The Expert Committee formed by the Delhi Government to design steps to accommodate and reduce the spread of the virus, if the third-19 Covid wave regarding the capital, has suggested strict steps, including limiting economic activities if the cost of ownership is 5%.
The planned multilevel response action has been made by formulating it in four colors.
Each color shows a different level of situation with various sizes of detention and mitigation.
While Yellow Alert (Level 1) requires minimum economic restrictions, red warnings (level 4) have the maximum sidewalk.
If the level of prospect touches 0.5% and remains at the same level or on it for two consecutive days, the yellow warning will be heard.
The yellow warning can also be sounded if 1,500 new cumulative positive cases are reported in seven days or the average residence of the oxygenated bed 55 for the same duration.
Under the yellow warning, all economic activities, non-essential and essential factories and important shops and companies will be allowed to open, while not important stores will open with a strange base from 10am to 8pm.

Larger economic restrictions will follow if the level of premises touches 1% and remains at the same level or on it for two consecutive days.
In such situations, Amber Alert (Level 2) will be heard.
It can also be sounded if 3,500 new positive cumulative cases are reported for seven days or the average occupancy of oxygenated beds is 700 for the same duration.
Under level 2, all construction activities, non-essential and essential factories and essential stores and companies will be allowed to open, while not important shops and malls will open oddly from 10am to 6pm, and one Weekly markets will do it permitted every day in each zone.
Orange warning (Level 3) will be heard if the level of prospitis touches 2% and remains at the same level or higher for two consecutive days.
This will also apply if 9,000 new cumulative positive cases are reported for seven days or the average occupancy of oxygenated beds is 1,000 for the same duration.
Below, only construction activities are permitted where workers live in locations, essential factories, companies and shops will be allowed to be open, while non-essential shops, malls and weekly markets will remain closed.
Mandiri stores will remain open from 10am to 6pm.
The red warning will be heard if the level of prospective touches 5% and remains on it for two consecutive days.
It will also be heard if 16,000 cumulative new positive cases are reported for seven days or the average occupancy of oxygenated beds is 3,000 for the same duration.
The Committee has suggested economic sidewalks similar to orange warnings.
