New Delhi: Towards the harvest season, the Delhi Government has written to the Ministry of Shakti Ministry’s consulting company, asking him to conduct an audit of bio-decomposer pusa, which dispensed by Kejriawan Arvind originated as a new cost, the cost of the exception to burn stumps last year.
The decision contradicts the background of some of the “negative” comments from farmers in Punjab and “positive” feedback from Haryana after using this technique, which uses microbial solutions to grab fermentation into stairs, officials at the Delhi neighborhood department.
Former Minister of Environment Prakash Javadekar last year said the bio-decomposer pusher would be tried in several Punjab areas, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh and if this technique was found successful, it would be extended to more regions.
“We have written to the Wapcos to conduct a bio-decomposer pusia audit in Delhi.
They will receive feedback from farmers who spray solutions in their field last year,” said P Saini, the Ministry of Agriculture, said.
“We have released the results of the efficacy survey conducted last year.
Now, we want to get the Bio-decomposer Pusa validated by third parties (WAPCOS).
This audit is likely to begin next week,” the official said.
KPS Malik from Wapcos confirmed that the Delhi government had approached them to conduct an audit, but said they “have not received a formal advanced”.
“We will hold a meeting with Delhi government officials immediately and ask them to provide a list of wise beneficiaries,” he said.
Officials said the company would try to ascertain whether the use of bio-decomposer pusla gave them enough time to prepare their field for the next plant.
“We will also try to find out the impact of the solution to the quality of the land,” said an official.
In November last year, Chairman of the Minister of Arvind Kejriwal said that the solution was prepared by the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, Pusa, to 90 to 95 percent of plant residues in 24 villages in Delhi.
The solution was sprayed for free at 2,000 hectares of non-basmati rice fields starting October 13 last year.
Kejriwal also said the Delhi government will submit an impact assessment report of the bio-decomposer engineering to the Air Quality Management Commission (CAQM) and urge it to direct all state governments to implement it.
Iry scientists say bio-decomposer pusla can change plant residues into fertilizers in 15 to 20 days and therefore, can prevent burning stumps, which are one of the main reasons behind high-level pollution in October and November.
Last year, the share of propeller propellers in Delhi’s 2.5PM solution had increased to 40 percent on November 1.
