New Delhi: Delhi Wing’s economic economic violations arrested someone because of alleged illegal property sales.
The defendant has been identified as Rockes B Sandhu, a resident of Amritsar.
He is currently under police detention three days.
In accordance with the police, obedience said that he was approached by two accused, including one SP Garg which made a profitable proposal selling a plot of land for Rs 45 Crore.
Sandhu also confirms having all the rights / authority to sell the land in question and induce the victim to enter the letter of intention / MoU for the same thing.
On the basis of his presentation, the victim paid Sandhu a number of Rs 3.19 Crore as a down payment.
Full payment must be made after the execution of sales act in supporting the victim but the sandhu who was accused of never executing sales certificates, police said.
Also, the complainant was acquainted that the defendant did not have the legal right to sell the land.
Registered cases and investigations against the defendant were taken.
During the investigation, it was revealed that according to the land record, the land in question was the land of government and was placed at the disposal and there was no such land given and leased to anyone by DDA.
The cheated money was accepted on the account operated by the defendant as an official signing.
Further questions also revealed that the defendant misinterpreted a complainant in connection with the status of the land concerned and entered into the letter of intention to sell land to the complainant without anything to do with the soil because it was government land / DDA.
It was revealed that Sandhu was used to identify empty / empty properties through property brokers and profitable offers floating and minimal prices for property to induce publicly.
He also misinterpreted the buyers who were easily fooled with respect to land / property status.
After taking down payment, he used to escape.
A number of criminal cases / cheating was submitted to Him in Delhi and Punjab.
The defendant escaped since registration of FIR and Look Out Circular (LOC) was issued to check the movements.
In the end, on the basis of technical supervision, the defendant Sandhu was located near Connaught Place where he was arrested.
Further investigation of this case is underway.
