Vijay Kant Dixit and Mrs.
Rita Dixit.
It was said that he had ordered two Vide Nos 114b and 114C stores in a project launched by the JC World Mall alleged company in 2014 and is located in Plot No C1-K, Jaypee Greens Wish Town in Noida Sector 128, “the police said.
Police Telling that compliance has paid Rs 1,75,88,330 to the alleged company in various installments.
“That was promised by the alleged company that had a unit will be submitted within 30 months from the date of the rate of allotment.
It is suspected that the builder has not completed construction work and there is no construction that occurred on the site for the last 18 months, “he said.” Allegedly that the alleged company through his director had cheated a number of complainants / buyers with the pretext of providing shops in the project.
The allegation of the company did not fulfill his promise and had transferred buyer funds and misused funds.
