New Delhi: The crime branch has submitted FIR under the IPC and prevention of the Corruption Court after 32 Tihar prison officials allegedly found gradually in gloves with Unitech Ajay and Sanjay Chandra promoters, officials said on Tuesday.
Police Commissioner Delhi Rakesh Asthana has also written to the Ministry of Houses Uni and Director General of Delhi Prison to take action.
The accused officers came from prison number 7 in Tihar.
Their arrests are likely in the coming days, said the source.
The Supreme Court previously asked Asthana to investigate the Nexus after recording a status report submitted by the Directorate of Enforcement, which highlighted the alleged abuse of Tihar prison premises by Chandra Brothers.
SC has transferred it to Arthur Road and Taloja Central Jails in Mumbai.
The police chief submitted a report on September 28 after visiting the Mumbai and Tihar handle.
On October 6, the APEX court gave permission to conduct a full criminal investigation based on the investigation carried out by Delhi police.
The court has also directed that TIHAR officials, Prima Facie found involved, placed under suspension.
Then direct the Ministry of Home to respond to suggestions in the report submitted by the Delhi Police Commissioner.

Two police commissioners and several other police went to Mumbai along with the Asthana police commissioner in connection with the probe.
Ed Report described how Unitech Brothers threatened witnesses in addition to operating a free communication network and sent instructions from the prison.
According to the report, the defendant was involved in illegal activities by craving a manual in prison and also made asset transfers and disappeared the results of crime from their secret office.
