New Delhi: Special cell Delhi police have identified a man named Mohammad Usaina Dur Rehman as a suspicion of the mastermind of the terror component of the damaged module on Tuesday.
Rehman should be located abroad and observational notice has been issued to him, said source.
Rehman was Mr.
Mohammad Osama aka Sami who was arrested in the case on Tuesday.
Rehman’s brother, Umaidur, also allegedly part of a syndicate and has escaped, police said.
Osama (22) lived in Enclave Fazal Abu in the Jamia Nagar area in Delhi, while his father was in the Middle East country until some time ago.
The location is currently unknown by the police.
The cells seem to have found communication, which shows that Rehman has been related to at least two people related to the content that coordinates with him on behalf of the entity called “Colonel Ghazi”.
Ghazi oversees the recruitment training from India and has assigned their responsibility to two juniors – now identified as Jabbar and Hamza – which is a military military officer.
In Ghazi’s instructions, Rehman arranged his son, Osama, to join the training and asked his brother Umaidur to get another recruitment.
Umaidur allegedly honed Zeeshan from the Prasagraj into the module after his radical.
Osama went to Muscat, Oman on April 22, 2021 by Salaam Air Flight from Lucknow.
After reaching the muscat, Osama was asked to come to a flat where he met Zeeshan.
Immediately, they joined 15-16 Bengali youth.
Everything is divided into sub-groups.
Zeeshan and Osama are placed in one group.
For the next few days, recruitment made several short sea trips, changing the boat several times.
They were taken to a city called Jiwani, which is located near Port Gwadar, Pakistan, Police Delhi previously said in a statement.
The group was received by Pakistani citizens after reaching Jiwani and they were all taken to the farmhouse in the city, located in the province of Sindh Pakistan.

Osama and Zeeshan have told the police during the interrogation that there were three Pakistani citizens at the farmhouse.
Two of them, introduced as Jabbar and Hamza, provide training to them.
Both of them come from Pakistani soldiers and wear military uniforms.
Recruits are also taken to Karachi, they have revealed.
The training lasts around 15 days where they are allegedly trained in the IED assembly and a messy bomb from how to carry out combustion using daily use items, police said.
They are also trained in the use of small firearms and AK-47S.
After training, the recruits were taken back to Muscat through the same route and then asked to return to their initial destination, they added.
The Underworld component was coordinated by Dawood Ibrahim’s brothers, Anees, having, in the meantime, arranged for RDX, grenades and weapons that must be smuggled into India in a batch.
