New Delhi: For the suspicion of the racket of the main fake work, Delhi police have registered a case and ordered two intelligence bureau officials, both security officers, for their suspicion of deceiving 35-40 people from Lakh Rupee with the pretext of government work in the Interior Ministry.
This case has been registered with the complaint submitted by one of the victims, a senior official said.
However, no arrest, has been made so far.
According to the first police investigation report (FIR), the two men, official IB Pramod Kumar and Mahinder Gusain, have been ordered under the IPC 420 (cheat) section, 120B (criminal conspiracy), among others.
Forgery was revealed last year in January when a complaint was made by one of the victims who stated that he was approached by Kumar in 2014, who convinced him about the work at the DAK Ministry Department.
“The complainant said Kumar and he belonged to the same village, and used the connection, Kumar told him in January 2014 that he worked at the Intelligence Bureau, the Ministry of Home Wing, and that he had the contact he could help him get a government job.
The man said Kumar has promised a job as DAK Dispatcher and accused him of Rs 17 Lakh, on a different occasion.
He even faked documents and handed it to the victim, convincing that the application was being processed, “said a senior police officer.
However, in 2014 it itself, when he did not get the job, the victim asked Kumar to return his money, but the latter did not pay attention.
“The complainant told the police that he even visited the office to gather information about his appointment but did not get a satisfying response.
He then submitted an application under RTI and was told that the documents he had given false.
That’s when the complainant reported this problem to the police, said The officer.
