Delhi: Promise of New Excise Policy, NY Cheer Fizzle Out

“We were promised an operation until 3 am, the reduction of the drinking age to 21 years and permission to use the open space at our place,” said Sukhija.
“We pay a license fee for this facility, but they have not been implemented.
