New Delhi: The Indian Meteorology Department (IMD) has issued a ‘orange’ warning for Monday as a moderate rain and strong winds expected in the city.

According to IMD, the monsun trough at sea level passed through Anupgarh, sawai Madhopur, Jhansi, Rewa, Ambikakapur, Chaibasa, the center of a low pressure area which was well marked in West Bengal Bengal.
“The intensity of rainfall activities is more in Central India compared to northwestern India,” said Kuldeep Srivastava, scientists at the IMD and Head of the Regional Weather Forecasting Center.
MET Department forecasts said the formation of Thundury’s development would likely end up on weekends, but there was a possibility of lack of rain on Saturdays and Sundays.
“The rainfall is very light to isolated places likely to continue until July 25, and will increase from July 26,” According to Bulletin IMD released on Friday.
“Rain is likely to increase again from Monday because moderate baths are expected in several areas of the capital.

The Met Department estimates that Delhi can receive light to moderate rain on Tuesday, and there is a possibility of rain very lightly on Wednesday and Thursday.
