New Delhi: Delhi on Saturday reported 20,718 cases of Covid-19 and 30 deaths while the level of participants reached 30.64 percent, according to the Ministry of Health data.
Ticked in the number of cases can be attributed to fewer tests carried out the previous day.
On Friday, Delhi reported 24,383 cases with 30.64 percent and 34 death levels.
On Thursday, the city recorded 28,867 Covid-19 cases, a surge in the sharpest one day since the beginning of the pandemic, and 31 deaths, while the level of participation reached 29.21 percent.
The biggest daily surge in Delhi was 28,395 cases recorded on April 20 last year.
On Wednesday, Delhi has recorded 40 deaths, the highest since June 10 last year, when 44 fatalities were recorded.
According to government data, 2,518 Covid patients were in the hospital, where 113 was in the support of the ventilator.
Of the 15,494 beds in the hospital, only 2,620 was occupied.
