New Delhi: The National Capital recorded 28 fresh Covid-19 cases and one death on Tuesday, while the level of participants reached 0.05 percent, according to a bulletin issued by the Delhi Health Department.
The city did not record any death due to infection for four days to Sunday.
The low number of cases can also be associated with fewer tests (55,371) conducted on Monday which is a holiday because of Janmashtami.
With new cases, the overall calculation of Delhi infection has risen to 14,37,764, said Bulletin.
More than 14.12 lakh patients have recovered from the disease and the mortality rate is 1.74 percent, he said.
The toll of death stands at 25,082, according to the bulletin.
Twenty-nine people have given up on disease this month.
The cumulative death toll was 25,053 on July 31.
