New Delhi: The city records the coldest night of the season at 13.6 degrees Celsius, two notches below normal, on Monday.

Before this, the lowest minimum temperature of the season was 14 degrees Celsius on October 29 in Safdarjung, the city base station.
While Safdarjung records the lowest minimum temperature at 13.6 degrees Celsius on Monday, ayanaagar is the coldest station where the minimum decreases to 13 degrees.
The maximum temperature in Safdarjung settled at 31.2 degrees Celsius, one degree above normal.
RK Jenamani, senior scientist in the Meteorology Department of India (IMD), said, “The minimum temperature is dipped in 13.6 degrees Celsius in Safdarjung on Monday due to the cooling of local radiation and lower pollution.
However, because the wind direction has turned into east, The minimum temperature is likely to rise a little from Tuesday.
“According to IMD estimates, the night temperature is likely to drift around 15 degrees Celsius on Tuesday and Wednesday, and it can reduce a little up to 14 degrees on Thursday.
“The weak western disorder affects the area from November 1 to 4.
Under the influence, the direction of the wind has changed in Delhi while the rain of light is expected in the hilly area.
The minimum temperature may not fall for the next two days,” Jenamani said.
When the wind direction is expected to change from east to west to southwest, the minimum temperature can begin to fall and touch 13 degrees Celsius on November 5 and 6.
However, an official meeting will not have a significant decrease in temperature.
In the next five days.
By 2020, the lowest minimum temperature was recorded at 6.3 degrees Celsius in November.
